My educational background includes a BA from Florida State University and an MA from Bowling Green State University. I am also actively involved in community service as a lifelong and charter member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. Additionally, I contribute to organizations such as the Spirit of St. Louis Women's Fund and the Spanish Lake Business Association.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my family and friends. My personal experiences have given me a deep understanding of various claim situations, allowing me to offer practical advice and support.
